A school trip has been arranged for Year 3 pupils to visit Celtic Harmony, a Celtic village on Monday 14th May 2018. This visit will support the children’s History topic where the children will learn about Celtic Warriors, weapons, archery and Celtic dress.
The coach will leave school promptly at 9.00 am and will return by 3.15 pm.
There is no cost for this trip as, on this occasion, the cost is being funded by the school.
Pupils will need to wear their own clothes, together with comfortable shoes and a waterproof coat as many activities will take place outside. The children will also need to bring a packed lunch for the day. (Please do not include nuts or fizzy drinks).
As always parents are responsible for making sure that inhalers are carried by the children. If your child has an Epi-pen this will be carried by the teacher in charge. Please also remember that it is the responsibility of parents/carers to inform us in writing if their child experiences a medical condition which school staff should be aware of.
If you are able to assist with this trip and already have a DBS in place with the school, please complete the reply slip and hand in to the school office.
Please complete and return the permission slip to the school office by Friday 4th May 2018.
